CDF Online Upgrade Update
The recent CDF Online upgrade has three small defects effecting some users as follows:
Internal Transfers: Internal transfers are impacting daily transaction limits. If you need assistance please contact the CDF to increase your daily limit.
Transfer Batch Approval Notification: Once you have loaded the batch, you can reopen the batch from the ‘By Me’ button and then send notifications. This will be resolved in due course.
Address Book: A small number of users are unable to open the Address Book. Please contact the CDF immediately if this impacts you.

CDF Christmas Operating Hours
The Perth CDF offices will be shut down at 11AM on 24 December 2024 so all payment files should be uploaded and approved by 10.30AM on 24 December 2024 or these will not be processed until 30 December at the earliest.
We will be returning to the office on the 2nd of January 2025.

Launch of New Version of CDF Online (26 September 2024)
The CDF will be launching the new CDF Online on Monday 30 September 2024.
This first stage of a comprehensive suite of changes sees CDF Online receive a facelift with a new look and feel, along with a more device responsive website.
All the normal functions remain, and new user guides are available here to help you navigate the new website.
We hope you will enjoy the more clean and modern design and welcome any feedback you may have using the new site.
